Q: How much are our nightly rates?
A: Our rates are very competitive with Disney's moderate resorts $190-$300(depending on the season) but instead of a cramped room you get a very spacious 5 Bed 5 Bath or a 6 Bed 4 Bath home with a private pool/spa and gameroom. At last checking Disney's Wilderness Lodge was charging $410 per night for a hotel room!!!

Q: How many guests can the home accommodate?
A: Our 5 Bed can sleep 12 and our 6 Bed can sleep 14. For large groups this is a very real savings. (That's around $15 a night per person based on full occupancy) For added convenience the homes are directly across the street from one another.

Q: Is there a minimum length of stay?
A: No , however with stays less than 7 nights it incur a cleaning fee

Q: Do I have to sit in on a time share presentation?
A: No, These homes are privately owned. We have absolutely no connection with timeshare companies. In fact our accomadations and Windsor Hills is nicer than the vast majority of timeshares therefore they will not put guests up in a superior product than what they are selling.

Q: Do I need to bring my own linens?
A: Linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels and all kitchenware is provided. You will just need to buy groceries.

Q: Does housekeeping come every day?
A: In order to keep costs down, our home is cleaned at the end of your stay. Additional cleanings can be arranged for an additional fee. There is a vacuum, dust pan/broom, and mop/bucket available in the home for your use if you so desire.

Q: Are there laundry facilities available?
A: Yes. Both homes are equipped with a full size washer and dryer. A sample box of detergent is also provided.

Q: Are there additional fees required to use the community pool and sports facilities?
A: No. A Prox card is required to enter the community pool, work out facility, pool table and theater. A Prox card can be obtained for your length of stay from the Sundry Shop. A $5 refundable deposit is required. These monies will be refunded when the card is returned.
